Update totals TERMS AND CONDITIONS On Island Off Island Replacements and Exchange Return and Refund Policy When a customer returns an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item and how the item was purchased. On Island You may return most new, unopened items within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund less administrative costs Most refunds are fully repaid within 3-5 days after receipt and processing of your returned item An administrative processing flat fee of US$10 will apply after delivery Off Island You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. An administrative flat processing fee of US$15 and the postal charges of the day will apply to ship item/s off Island after delivery. Replacements and Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement of the exact item.
